STUDIO DAILY RATE (including Dan Lucas as engineer): £180 – The studio day consists of nine hours, starting at 10am and finishing at 7pm. Additional hours are charged at £25 per hour.

STUDIO HOURLY RATE (including Dan Lucas as engineer): £25 per hour.

DAN LUCAS – FREELANCE ENGINEER/PRODUCER RATE: £15 per hour, at a studio of your choice. Depending upon location, travel expenses and accommodation may be required.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, which can be paid in cash or via bank transfer at the start of the recording session – for which you will receive an invoice.

The studio is available 24 hours a day, so if 10am-7pm doesn’t suit you, please contact me in order to discuss different time allocations.

***Please book sufficient studio time for what you wish to achieve. If you are a full band on a tight budget and want to record live I would suggest aiming for no more than 3 or 4 songs in a day. If you are an original/signed/touring band and want to make an amazing sounding record my suggestion would be to book a day per song***
